Location: Based in Chattanooga, TN — Projects across the Tennessee River Valley
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Construction Manager to help lead and oversee our custom waterfront construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work from start to finish.
Responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating and managing day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Overseeing crews and subcontractors
- Managing project timelines, materials, and budgets
- Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and the leadership team
- Problem-solving and adapting to changing conditions onsite
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in construction management (waterfront experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- A commitment to quality and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and permits
- Excellent communication and time management
